What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no public fixed MOQ. Feasible quantities depend on the grade, specification, bulk format, availability and destination, and are confirmed for each enquiry.
Can you match a buyer specification or reference COA?
Yes, you can submit target limits or a reference COA for review. A match is discussed only against a specific proposed lot and its available documentation.
Can I request a sample?
Sampling can be discussed after the requirement has been qualified. The sample method, lot reference, cost and shipping conditions must be agreed before dispatch.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
Incoterms are confirmed in the commercial proposal. State your preferred rule and named place or port in the RFQ so feasibility can be reviewed.
Are flexitanks, IBCs or drums available?
Use the RFQ to state the preferred professional bulk format. Availability and suitability are confirmed for the proposed supply and route.
Can you supply certified organic olive oil?
Organic requirements must be stated explicitly. Certification is claimed only when valid documents for the proposed supply can be verified.
Which quality and export documents are provided?
The document set depends on the product, lot, transaction and destination. Required COA, traceability, origin, certification and shipping documents should be listed in the brief.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Review starts when the brief contains enough technical and commercial information. Response time depends on complexity, document checks and current availability; no automatic deadline is promised.
